1. Eligibility
By using SchooFoo you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child you're ordering for.
2. The service
SchooFoo (a JD's Kitchen brand) provides subscription-based lunch delivery to partnered schools on school working days, Monday to Friday.
3. Your part
- Keep registration details accurate — especially your child's class and section.
- Review menus before choosing — veg and non-veg streams are clearly marked.
- Orders and changes close at 7:00 AM on the day of service. At 7:01 the kitchen count is frozen and cooking begins.
4. Ordering & delivery
Delivery is to partnered schools only, before the lunch bell. We're not liable for delays caused by school closures, force majeure, or third-party disruptions — but we'll always tell you what's happening.
5. Changes
We may update menus, prices or these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on WhatsApp.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Parent name, phone, email and address
- Child's name, school, class, lunch slot and dietary preference (veg / non-veg)
- Payment and transaction data (processed by a secure third-party gateway — we never see card numbers)
What we use it for
- Cooking, labelling and delivering the right meal to the right child
- Order updates, cutoff reminders and renewal notices
- Making the service better
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your data. It's shared only with delivery and payment partners, strictly to fulfil the service. Request access, correction or deletion anytime at hello@schoofoo.in.
Refund & Cancellation
Cancelling a meal
- Cancel any meal until 7:00 AM on the day of service.
- The meal's full paid value returns to your SchooFoo wallet as points. 1 point = ₹1.
- Points apply automatically to your next purchase or renewal. They can't be transferred or converted to cash.
- Cancellations after the cutoff aren't eligible — the food is already being cooked.
School closures
Planned holidays are never charged. Unplanned closures are credited as points automatically.
Trial meals
Promotional trial meals, when offered, are not refundable or creditable.
